Growth Marketing Interns

SkillsCapital is one of the fastest-growing AI-powered platforms for global tech hiring. We help companies hire fully vetted, on-demand tech talent and teams across enterprise technologies such as SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft, Oracle, AI/ML, Cloud, and more.

In our first year, we have:

• Achieved strong product-market fit with global clients
• Delivered talent across the U.S., U.K., Europe, and the Middle East
• Built a working platform with real usage, revenue, and feedback loops
• Are on track to hit a $2M+ run rate this quarter
• Scaled from 0 → 1 and 1 → 20 — now building the motion toward 20 → 100

Our leadership team includes alumni from Wharton, IIT Delhi, BITS Pilani, IIIT Hyderabad, and London Business School, and veterans from IBM, Accenture, Deloitte, PwC, Trilogy, and ESW Capital.

This is a cross-functional growth role where you will work directly with the founder and the marketing team. Areas of contribution include:

Growth Execution

• Manage and execute outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, targeted outreach)
• Build and manage lead lists, ICP targeting, and segmentation
• Support paid experiments (LinkedIn, Google Ads, niche communities)

Content & Brand

• Draft content for LinkedIn, newsletters, landing pages, and micro-campaigns
• Coordinate social media calendars, content schedules, and engagement tasks
• Help create decks, playbooks, and marketing collateral for growth funnels

Analytics & Insights

• Track campaign performance, conversion rates, and funnel metrics
• Run quick experiments, measure results, and optimize based on insights
• Conduct competitor benchmarking and identify new growth opportunities

Cross-functional

• Collaborate with sales, delivery, and product to align messaging
• Support product-led growth activities (release posts, case studies, usage insights)
• Assist in improving our website funnels, CTAs, and conversion paths

• Students, freshers, or recent graduates interested in growth, digital marketing, or startup scaling
• Strong written communication and content creation ability
• Comfortable with tools like Google Sheets, Notion, HubSpot/Zoho (optional), or social scheduling tools
• Curious, analytical, organized, and eager to work in a fast-paced startup
• Bonus: experience with email outreach tools, LinkedIn content, Canva, or basic analytics
• High-ownership mindset with the willingness to run experiments end-to-end
