Job Role: Growth Manager (Performance Marketing) Job Location: Mumbai (LowerParel) Working Days: 6 Days (Sunday will be fixed off) Working Mode: Work from Office Shift Timings: Morning Sift (10am 7pm) Experience Required: 3-5 yrs. Job Description We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager with expertise in performance marketing, digital communication, and CRM/martech. The ideal candidate will develop and execute data-driven strategies to drive customer acquisition, enhance brand visibility, and improve lead conversion for Yangpoo s Executive Education programs. Key Responsibilities Performance Marketing: Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Other Platforms. Analyze campaign performance using KPIs such as CTR, ROI, and CAC, and make data- driven adjustments. Digital Communication: Develop content strategies for email, social media, and online channels to engage the target audience. Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital touchpoints. CRM & Martech: Implement and manage CRM tools to track and nurture leads effectively. Leverage marketing automation platforms to execute personalized campaigns. Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze web traffic, user behavior, and conversion metrics. Generate actionable insights and present reports to the leadership team. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, design, and content teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts. Qualifications Proven experience (4-7 years) in performance marketing, CRM management, and digital communication. Hands-on expertise with tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, and marketing automation platforms. Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and lifecycle marketing. Ability to manage budgets and achieve performance targets. Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
