What You'll Do Develop and implement growth strategies targeting B2B marketing and sales leaders. Own the full sales cycle—prospecting, engaging, pitching, and closing deals with CMOs, VPs, and decision-makers. Drive demand generation through LinkedIn, email, content, and webinars. Collaborate with performance and digital teams to align messaging and optimize campaign performance. Leverage tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and CRM systems to track, analyze, and improve growth KPIs. What We're Looking For 5+ years in B2B sales, growth, or marketing roles. Proven success selling lead generation or marketing services. Solid experience with ABM, sales funnels, and outbound outreach. Skilled in engaging high-level decision-makers across Sales and Marketing. Hands-on with CRM, automation, and analytics tools. A data-driven mindset with strong communication and negotiation skills.
