What You'll Do

• Develop and implement growth strategies targeting B2B marketing and sales leaders.
• Own the full sales cycle—prospecting, engaging, pitching, and closing deals with CMOs, VPs, and decision-makers.
• Drive demand generation through LinkedIn, email, content, and webinars.
• Collaborate with performance and digital teams to align messaging and optimize campaign performance.
• Leverage tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and CRM systems to track, analyze, and improve growth KPIs.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years in B2B sales, growth, or marketing roles.
• Proven success selling lead generation or marketing services.
• Solid experience with ABM, sales funnels, and outbound outreach.
• Skilled in engaging high-level decision-makers across Sales and Marketing.
• Hands-on with CRM, automation, and analytics tools.
• A data-driven mindset with strong communication and negotiation skills.
