Growth Manager

Modern Day Marketing Agency is a creative studio and marketing agency working with brands across industries—EV bikes, real estate, interiors, luxury stone, and lifestyle. We focus on building impactful brands through storytelling, design, immersive content, and performance-driven marketing.

We are looking for a Growth Manager to join our team and help scale the agency’s reach, revenue, and reputation.

Role Overview

The Growth Manager will be the driving force behind expanding our client base, scaling existing accounts, and identifying new growth opportunities. This role blends strategy, marketing, and business development—you’ll be both a thinker and a doer.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients and grow revenue streams.
• Work closely with the leadership team to identify untapped opportunities across industries.
• Create and optimize sales funnels, outreach campaigns, and lead-generation systems.
• Collaborate with creative, design, and performance teams to turn insights into growth strategies.
• Build partnerships, collaborations, and campaigns that enhance visibility.
• Track performance metrics (CAC, ROI, LTV) and refine strategies for measurable results.
• Represent the agency at industry events, networking opportunities, and client pitches.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in growth, business development, or marketing roles (agency experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, brand building, and performance metrics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to think strategically but also roll up sleeves to execute.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for scaling businesses.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
