Role Overview

research, communication, and process execution

• Discover and research relevant influencers across categories.
• Conduct systematic outreach and manage responses.
• Support onboarding of influencers into campaigns.
• Maintain structured databases and reporting dashboards.

Key Responsibilities

• Research:

• Identify micro, mid-tier, and macro influencers across Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Maintain and update influencer contact sheets with category, audience, pricing, and engagement details.
• Keep track of industry trends and competitor collaborations.

• Outreach:

• Draft and personalize DMs/emails to influencers.
• Track outreach, manage follow-ups, and improve response rates.
• Log all communication in CRM/Sheets.

• Onboarding:

• Coordinate briefs, contracts, and deliverables.
• Share campaign guidelines and timelines with influencers.
• Ensure influencers are activated and content is submitted on time.

• Reporting & Support:

• Track outreach performance (conversion rates, cost, engagement).
• Prepare weekly reports of influencer funnel progress.
• Suggest process improvements for faster scale.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication skills (written + verbal).
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in follow-ups.
• Familiarity with Google Sheets/Excel, Notion, or CRM tools.
• Interest in influencer marketing and social media culture.
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced growth environment.
