Role: Growth Head Location : Bangalore, JP Nagar & Jayanagar Key Responsibilities: Develop and Execute Growth Strategies: Craft and implement comprehensive growth plans aligned with company objectives, focusing on user acquisition, engagement, and retention. Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with product, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure cohesive execution of growth initiatives. Optimize Conversion Funnels: Analyze user behavior and identify opportunities to enhance conversion rates at each stage of the customer journey. Implement Data-Driven Campaigns: Utilize analytics tools to design, test, and refine marketing campaigns across various channels, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media. Manage Growth Budgets: Oversee and allocate resources effectively across growth initiatives to maximize return on investment. Foster a Culture of Experimentation: Encourage continuous testing and iteration to discover scalable growth tactics. Monitor and Report on KPIs: Track key performance indicators such as customer acquisition cost (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), and churn rates to assess the effectiveness of growth strategies.
