As the Head of Growth - Performance Marketing, you play a crucial role in enhancing the brand's online sales and customer acquisition by implementing a data-driven, performance-oriented strategy. Your responsibilities include developing and executing a comprehensive performance marketing strategy, exploring new channels to maximize ROI, and driving significant growth in the competitive luxury e-commerce market. Responsibilities: - **Strategic Leadership:** - Develop and implement a holistic performance marketing strategy aligned with business objectives. - Lead planning, execution, and optimization of performance marketing campaigns across various channels. - Identify and evaluate emerging marketing technologies to enhance performance. - Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities. - **Performance Marketing Execution & Optimization:** - Manage and optimize marketing budgets to achieve growth targets. - Implement testing methodologies to improve campaign performance. - Analyze complex data sets to identify insights and optimize performance. - Implement robust tracking and attribution models for accurate measurement. - **Channel Expansion & Innovation:** - Identify and test new marketing channels to drive growth. - Explore innovative strategies like influencer marketing and personalized advertising. - Stay updated on digital marketing trends to ensure brand innovation. - **Team Leadership & Collaboration:** - Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing marketing team. - Communicate performance results and insights to senior management. - **Reporting and Analysis:** - Develop comprehensive performance reports and analyses. - Present key performance indicators and insights to senior management. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred. - 8-10 years of experience in performance marketing, with a track record in luxury e-commerce. - Deep understanding of performance marketing channels and technologies. - Expertise in data analysis and reporting tools like Google Analytics and Google Ads. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Proven ability to lead high-performing teams. - Experience scaling brands through performance marketing channels. - Experience in luxury goods marketing and CRM systems. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in international marketing. - Familiarity with marketing automation platforms. - Experience in affiliate marketing within the luxury sector.,
