Growth Head

As a Growth Head at a science-first personal care startup in Hyderabad, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's journey from pre-launch to scale. Your responsibilities will include: - Owning revenue & P&L across D2C, marketplaces, and quick commerce - Leading performance marketing (Meta/Google), CRM, retention & funnels - Scaling marketplace presence with smart assortment, listings & promos - Building & leading a 5-member growth team - Partnering with brand, product & ops to align growth with execution To excel in this role, we are looking for candidates who possess: - 4-6 years of experience in D2C / e-commerce growth (preferably in personal care, lifestyle, or consumer brands) - Hands-on expertise in performance marketing & CRM - Proven track record of owning and scaling P&L - Hustle to thrive in early-stage, high-intensity setups Joining this startup will give you the opportunity to be part of a pre-launch journey where your decisions directly impact revenue, growth, and scale.
