This role demands expertise in paid media (PPC), marketing automation, and growth marketing strategies, along with a solid understanding of digital analytics, campaign optimization, and customer journey management. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with multi-channel digital campaigns, marketing automation workflows, and eCommerce growth strategies. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams to accelerate customer growth and optimize marketing ROI through data-backed initiatives. Key Responsibility: Support and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns to drive website traffic, lead generation, and revenue growth. Implement and manage SEO initiatives, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO activities. Assist in managing and coordinating website migration projects, ensuring SEO integrity, optimal user experience, and accurate data tracking. Execute and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Bing . Assist in developing and maintaining marketing dashboards and reports using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Looker Studio . Implement and manage marketing automation workflows and email campaigns using Dotdigital and Klaviyo . Set up and maintain customer journeys, audience segmentation, and retargeting campaigns . Implement tracking solutions, including data layer configuration, event tracking, and custom triggers in GTM . Prepare performance reports and deliver actionable insights to support digital marketing strategies. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with overall business goals and objectives. Analyze digital performance data and provide clear, actionable recommendations. Maintain strong organizational and communication skills to effectively manage projects and deadlines. Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks, following established processes and directions. Strong understanding of digital marketing performance metrics and eCommerce KPIs. Proven experience executing and optimizing paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Microsoft Ads). Strong expertise in marketing automation platforms, preferably Dotdigital and Klaviyo — including customer journey building, audience segmentation, and retargeting workflows. Solid understanding of eCommerce growth strategies for platforms like Magento Open Source, Shopify Plus, and WooCommerce. Proficiency in digital analytics and reporting tools: Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Looker Studio. Strong knowledge of SEO principles and tools (SEMrush, Screaming Frog SEO Spider) with experience maintaining SEO integrity during website migrations. Experience implementing tracking solutions, including event tracking, data layer configuration, and custom triggers in GTM. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data insights into strategic growth actions. Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and deliver results in a fast-paced, agile environment. High attention to detail with a proactive, test-and-learn mindset.
