Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai

Job Summary:

As a Growth Intern, you’ll get hands-on experience in planning and executing data-backed strategies that drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention. If you’re eager to learn, have an analytical mindset, and are excited about marketing, tech, and growth – we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

● Assist internal teams in understanding business objectives and identifying growth opportunities.

● Support the creation and execution of growth strategies across various channels – including paid media, SEO, packaging and design, direct marketing, partnerships, and more.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement growth campaigns and monitor their performance.

● Help analyse user behaviour and campaign performance using tools like GA4, Excel, or other analytics platforms.

● Contribute to A/B testing ideas and campaign optimizations.

● Stay updated with digital marketing trends, creative strategies, and growth hacks.

● Learn and contribute to conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies.

● Support in client communication, documentation, and coordination with other teams.

What We’re Looking For:

● Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

● Strong interest in digital marketing, brand growth, and analytics.

● Basic understanding of tools like GA4, Hubspot, or VWO is a plus (training will be provided).

● Curious mindset with a passion to learn and explore new ideas.

● Good communication and organizational skills.

● Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

● Creative thinker who enjoys experimenting and solving problems.
