Growth Analyst Intern (GA4 Analysis)

As a Growth Intern at our Lower Parel, Mumbai location, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in planning and implementing data-driven strategies aimed at enhancing user acquisition, engagement, and retention. Your main responsibilities will include assisting internal teams in identifying growth opportunities aligned with business objectives, contributing to the development and execution of growth strategies across various channels (such as paid media, SEO, direct marketing, partnerships, etc.), collaborating with different departments to implement growth campaigns, and monitoring their performance. Additionally, you will be involved in analyzing user behavior and campaign effectiveness using tools like GA4, Excel, and other analytics platforms, proposing A/B testing ideas, staying updated on digital marketing trends and innovative growth strategies, and supporting conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives. The ideal candidate for this role is someone who is pursuing or has recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, and has a strong interest in digital marketing, brand growth, and analytics. While a basic understanding of tools like GA4, Hubspot, or VWO is advantageous, training will be provided as needed.
