Group Sales Manager

You are a high-performing Group Sales Manager responsible for overseeing the South Florida market at Amrit Wellness Resort, Singer Island, Riviera Beach, Florida. Reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling group business across South Florida. Your primary responsibilities include building relationships with key accounts, securing new business opportunities, and maximizing revenue through various sales strategies. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of group experiences and contribute to strategic projects aimed at driving demand and revenue growth. As a successful candidate, you must hold a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field, along with a minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience in any 5-star Luxury Hotel Group. A strong understanding of the South Florida and overall US Hotel market is essential, along with excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is required. Your ability to work independently, negotiate effectively, and provide exceptional customer service will be key to your success in this role.
