Group Sales Manager

As a Sales Manager in the GRA team, your primary role will be to mobilize business for Current Accounts and Savings Accounts. You will be responsible for driving both numbers and value by recruiting and training team members regularly. Your duties will also include organizing various lead generation activities for your branch and serving as the one-point contact for team members in case of customer grievances. You are expected to accompany team members on calls when meeting important customers and ensure the maintenance of service quality according to set standards. Additionally, you must ensure that all defined parameters for opening a new account are met in terms of documents collected and IP cheques, while also guiding team members on adherence to KYC norms prescribed by RBI before forwarding Account Opening Forms to RPCs for processing.
