Human Resources Manager

We are seeking an HR Manager to lead all aspects of human resources practices and processes. You will play a key role in shaping our work culture, supporting our teams, and ensuring compliance with employment regulations. This is a strategic and hands-on role suited for an HR professional passionate about growing a values-driven, high-performance organization. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business goals. Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent management to attract and retain top talent. Foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture that supports employee engagement and development. Administer HR policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance and consistency. Manage employee relations issues with a focus on resolution and long-term improvement. Supervise payroll, benefits administration, and performance appraisal systems. Organize and facilitate training programs for staff development. Advise leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and succession planning. Maintain HR records and reports with confidentiality and accuracy. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s or HR certification is a plus). 5+ years of HR experience, including 2+ years in a managerial role. Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements. Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills. Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience in the telecommunications or technology sector is a strong advantage.
