( Experience from other industries will not be considered for this position ) Job Purpose: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Group Head – Account Management to join our fast-paced and high-performing team, focusing on digital strategies. In this role, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional digital solutions to our clients and contributing to the growth of our digital portfolio. Key Accountabilities Act as the key point of contact for clients, ensuring clear, efficient, and effective communication. Collaborate closely with clients to understand their digital goals , challenges, and expectations, and develop tailored strategies accordingly. Coordinate with internal teams — including creative, strategy, media, technical, and analytics — to execute successful digital campaigns . Drive the development and implementation of digital strategies aligned with client objectives and current market trends. Present campaign ideas, strategic approaches, and detailed performance reports to clients in a clear and engaging manner. Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables , ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery across all accounts. Provide insights and recommendations to enhance campaign performance and drive measurable results . Build and nurture strong, long-term client relationships , addressing queries, resolving concerns, and identifying opportunities for growth. Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies to continuously offer innovative and forward-thinking solutions. Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and accountable work environment. Professional Skills: 6–8 years of experience in digital account management within an advertising or marketing agency environment. Proven ability to manage high-volume accounts independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setup. Exposure to various digital marketing channels such as social media, SEO, SEM, and content marketing. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, or a related field. Solid grasp of digital platforms, trends, and best practices. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. Effective multitasking skills while maintaining a keen eye for detail. Familiarity with project management tools and digital analytics platforms. Creative problem solver with a strategic mindset. Demonstrated ability to cultivate client relationships and drive client satisfaction.
