Specific Responsibilities:

Handle inbound customer calls and address their queries. Understand and fulfil customer needs for satisfaction. Build trust through clear and interactive communication. Provide accurate information using proper tools. Resolve complaints promptly and offer appropriate solutions. Follow up to ensure issue resolution. Maintain records of customer interactions and accounts. Adhere to communication guidelines and policies.
