Role Overview: We need a Graphic Designer who can transform complex financial concepts into visually appealing designs that users and stakeholders actually enjoy interacting with. You'll be the visual storyteller who helps our stakeholders navigate the sometimes intimidating world of finance with clarity and even a touch of delight. Your illustrations and graphics will be the friendly face of financial technology. As a key member of our growing design team, you'll also help expand and refine our brand guidelines, ensuring consistent visual identity across all touchpoints. What You'll Create: Vector illustrations and icons that explain financial concepts easy Social media graphics that make people stop scrolling Presentation materials that help our financial advisors look like design-savvy rockstars Visual assets that enhance our applications without sacrificing usability Contribute to a design system that balances professionalism with personality Expanded brand guidelines that evolve our visual identity while maintaining consistency Brand applications across various mediums and touchpoints What You'll Bring: A portfolio that makes us say "wow" (seriously, this matters more than anything) 1 – 3 Years of Experience Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop that borders on wizardry Comfort working in Figma to collaborate with our UI/UX team Experience with Canva for quick-turn content needs A bachelor's degree or equivalent diploma (but your work speaks louder) The ability to explain your design choices without using the phrase "because it pops" A talent for balancing artistic expression with practical business needs Understanding of brand systems and how to build upon existing guidelines Bonus Points For: A personal Procreate gallery or digital art portfolio that shows your artistic passions Experience making finance-related content look interesting (we know it's challenging) Understanding of UI/UX principles (so your beautiful designs can also be functional) Previous work with brand guidelines or identity systems Experience translating brand identity across different applications and mediums A sense of humor that can handle finance jokes (they're not always...
