Role Overview

creative and detail-oriented Executive Graphic Designer

This is a dynamic opportunity to work across functions and directly collaborate with the Founders, Marketing, and Product teams to bring the LinkCxO brand to life.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Development

• Design engaging visuals for social media, pitch decks, product explainers, and event campaigns
• Create dynamic video content, reels, and animations as needed
• Build visually appealing marketing collaterals—brochures, banners, posters, event kits, and more

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Tech, and Founders for creative direction
• Translate complex concepts into clean, intuitive visuals for senior executive audiences

Tools & Innovation

• Use Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro) for execution
• Experiment with AI tools like Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, and others to elevate design output

Execution Excellence

• Ensure brand consistency across all assets
• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining high design quality

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in graphic design (digital & print)
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or Applied Arts (BFA preferred)
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and AI-based design tools
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in both digital and print design
• Understanding of social media aesthetics and visual storytelling
• Ability to adapt quickly, take creative ownership, and collaborate across teams
