Purpose of the job:


Graphic Designer


You will also contribute to managing studio workflows, resources, and equipment, ensuring all internal and client work is executed seamlessly in coordination with the production and traffic teams.


Key Accountabilities:

  • Design and adapt creative materials for print, digital, and social media platforms based on brand guidelines and project briefs.
  • Collaborate with the

    Traffic Manager

    and other team members to ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality expectations.
  • Help maintain a well-organized

    studio environment

    , ensuring that design assets, equipment, and files are properly managed and stored.
  • Assist with

    resource scheduling

    , maintaining studio calendars, and tracking requests from internal departments.
  • Follow the

    studio work request process

    , ensuring proper documentation, approvals, and workflows are in place.
  • Support the team in addressing and resolving any design or production-related issues in real time.
  • Help manage invoices and track freelance resource payments in collaboration with the Studio Manager.
  • Provide production support including organizing assets, prepping files for output, and liaising with external vendors when required.
  • Support in organizing logistics like

    travel, catering, or coordination

    for senior studio and production team members when needed.


Professional Skills:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Communication Design, or related field.
  • 6 to 10 years of experience working in a

    studio or creative environment

    .
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); knowledge of After Effects or Premiere Pro is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of visual design principles, layout, typography, and color theory.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • A positive, solutions-oriented mindset with a keen eye for detail.
