Position Overview We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer (Associate Designer) who excels in presentation design, social media creatives, report-making, and multimedia storytelling. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to create visually engaging content that amplifies our brand across multiple platforms. Key Responsibilities Presentation & Reporting Design visually compelling PowerPoint presentations for internal and client-facing purposes. Create infographics, templates, and animated elements aligned with brand guidelines. Develop data-driven visual reports and dashboards with storytelling finesse. Graphic Design Design brand-aligned creatives for marketing campaigns, social media, and internal communications. Execute design projects from concept to delivery using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Video & Animation (Preferred Skill) Edit and produce engaging video content using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro. Create animated graphics and short videos for web and social platforms. Collaboration & Communication Work closely with product managers, data scientists, marketers, and content creators to understand project goals. Incorporate feedback efficiently to iterate on and improve design outputs. Maintain an organized library of visual assets, templates, and multimedia content. Trends & Innovation Stay updated on the latest design trends, visual storytelling techniques, and social media platform guidelines. Suggest new ideas and design approaches to enhance brand engagement and visibility. Required Qualifications 2–6 years of professional experience in graphic design, visual communications, or a related field. Proficient in PowerPoint and report-making with advanced presentation design skills. Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign. Experience creating infographics, branding templates, and visual assets. Good verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills (Nice to Have) Video editing and motion graphics experience (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro). Knowledge of designing for social media and digital marketing. Experience working in a tech, AI, or data science environment is a plus. Why Join Us?
