Required Skills

Good knowledge of .NET technologies (C#)
Good understanding object-oriented programming concepts
Good Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
Good understanding of database concepts (SQL)
Good communication skills (written and verbal)
Logical thinking and analytical mindset
Strong problem-solving attitude and eagerness to learn

Key Responsibilities

Work closely with team lead to understand project requirements
Participate in training on CRM configuration, customization, and workflow automation tools
Assist in configuring CRM modules, customizing forms, and implementing business logic using .NET and CRM tools
Support integration tasks between CRM and other systems
Participate in unit testing, integration testing, and validation of CRM functionalities
Document technical steps, configuration details, and test results
Update assigned task status to the reporting lead
