Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Role is with respect to Manpower Outsourcing Government contracts
Candidate is expected to work with government sector opportunities through E-tendering system such as GEM/CPPP Portal from Govt of India, KPPP portal of State Government of Karnataka
Candidate is expected to do due diligence in understanding Bid documents
Candidate is expected to do due diligence in uploading relevant documents as prescribed in Tenders.
Candidate is expected to do due diligence in follow- up with respect to government departments about status of tenders.
Candidate is expected to work with customer relationship managers in pre-sales documentation as required and work with them and departments for getting the work orders.
Candidate will undergo extensive on the job training for one month

Preferred candidate profile

0-3 years of experience in sales, government sales, or related fields (freshers welcome).
MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution (Marketing or Operations specialisation preferred).
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills; proficiency in Kannada language is must.
