Senior Government Tender & Liaison Manager

You’ll be responsible for sourcing, analyzing, and leading end-to-end tender processes while building strong relationships with government procurement stakeholders.

🟦 Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Tender Sourcing & Analysis

• Monitor and evaluate tenders on GeM, CPPP, eProc, Smart City, Indian Railways, PSU portals.
• Analyze technical specifications (IS certifications, energy norms, photometry) to ensure compliant and competitive bids.

End-to-End Bid Leadership

• Lead technical and commercial submission of tenders, including BOQ preparation, costing, and compliance.
• Develop pricing strategies balancing competitiveness and margin targets.
• Manage bid documentation (LM 79/IES files, warranty terms, statutory forms).

Government Liaison & Stakeholder Management

• Build and maintain relationships with officials across ministries, PSUs, ULBs, Railways, Smart City offices.
• Represent Silver in pre-bid meetings, RFIs, technical clarifications, and inspections.

Compliance & Documentation Management

• Oversee all tender-related documentation including EMD/PBG, test reports, and subsidy-linked program compliance (UJALA, SLNP).

Sales Target Achievement & Reporting

• Achieve revenue targets via tender wins.
• Maintain a healthy tender pipeline; report on bid-win ratios, profitability, and sales performance to senior management.

🟦 Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 8+ years of experience in government tenders for LED lighting solutions.
• Proven record managing high-value tenders (e.g., ₹X–₹Y crore projects).
• Expertise across LED bulbs, streetlights, drivers, industrial luminaires, indoor/outdoor solutions.
• Deep familiarity with government procurement norms, IS/energy certification, subsidy schemes.
• Strong liaison and negotiation skills with government departments.
• Excellent documentation, costing, and compliance management capabilities.
