Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Government Sales Specialist based in Delhi. The Government Sales Specialist will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with government clients, identifying sales opportunities, negotiating deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include communicating with government officials, managing sales processes, and providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Negotiation skills
• Proven Sales experience and ability to identify sales opportunities
• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
• Ability to manage relationships with government clients
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
• Experience in the publishing or educational industry is a plus
