Job Description

Position Summary: - DGM will lead and manage all aspects of the solar modules sales business, driving revenue growth, building key customer relationships, and overseeing sales operations. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and deep knowledge of the solar energy market, especially solar modules. Salary Range: – No Bar for Right Candidate Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets for solar modules. Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to meet or exceed sales goals. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, EPC contractors, and partners. Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base across regions. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to maintain competitiveness. Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and technical teams to ensure smooth sales operations. Manage budgets, sales forecasting, and performance reporting. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Represent the company at industry forums, trade shows, and client meetings. Drive customer satisfaction and post-sale support to build long-term partnerships. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (MBA preferred). Min. 8 to 10 years’ experience as a GM/DGM or similar executive role. Strong leadership and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
