Position Summary
Individual will report to the APAC Knowledge Manager and will assist in handling compliance related requests for proposals and other sales/marketing responses, while ensuring that responses meet government and industry compliance standards. Additionally, he/she will provide support in maintaining repository of compliance related responses
Responsibilities
- Support sales and presales/bid teams by sourcing compliance related responses by working in coordination with the different/regional advocates
- Assist in updating and maintaining repository of pre-approved and vetted responses. Additionally, support in development of repository for new regions or countries basis the requirement
- Support in preparing and maintaining trackers and dashboard for management reporting
- Liaise with internal teams to obtain an understanding of the bids/projects and the documentation requirements
- Understand Jacobs’s sales environment, policies and procedures
- Understand Salesforce CRM platform to communicate with teams and maintain records
- Support the team in the absence of Governance Associate/Manager and ensure business continuity
Here's what you'll need
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in legal or para legal domain
- A degree in law is must
- Experience in knowledge management will be beneficial
- Experience of working on SharePoint sites will be beneficial
- Proficient in mainstream Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.) will be beneficial
- Familiarity with Sales CRM systems such as Salesforce
- Excellent interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skills are required to support working in project environments that includes multi-location teams
