Google Ads Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, set up, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube)
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to improve campaign effectiveness
• Monitor daily performance metrics and generate actionable insights
• Create, test, and optimize ad copies, landing pages, and bidding strategies
• Track conversions, set up proper UTM parameters and goals in Google Analytics
• Generate periodic reports on campaign performance, ROI, and recommendations for improvement
• Collaborate with content, design, and web teams to align ads with overall marketing goals
• Stay updated on Google Ads platform changes, trends, and best practices

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in managing Google Ads campaigns
• Strong understanding of PPC strategies, bidding models, and performance marketing funnels
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Search Console
• Experience with conversion tracking and A/B testing
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet performance targets
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and reporting skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Google Ads Certification(s)
• Experience managing YouTube campaigns and remarketing strategies
• Understanding of landing page optimization and CRO
