JOB DESCRIPTION :

A Google Ads Specialist develops and implements online advertising campaigns using the Google Ads platform. Their responsibilities include keyword research, campaign creation, performance monitoring, and optimization, all with the goal of maximizing return on investment (ROI) and achieving specific marketing objectives. They also analyze data, generate reports, and collaborate with other marketing team members.

Key Responsibilities:

· Campaign Strategy and Development:

Designing, developing, and implementing Google Ads campaigns to align with business goals, including lead generation, sales, and brand awareness.

· Keyword Research and Analysis:

Identifying relevant keywords, conducting competitor analysis, and optimizing campaigns for maximum visibility and performance.

· Ad Creation and Optimization:

Developing compelling ad copy, crafting engaging landing pages, and optimizing campaigns for higher click-through rates and conversions.

· Performance Monitoring and Analysis:

Tracking key metrics like impressions, clicks, conversions, and cost-per-acquisition (CPA), analyzing data, and making data-driven decisions to improve campaign performance.

· A/B Testing:

Implementing A/B tests on ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting options to identify what works best for the target audience.

· Budget Management:

Managing campaign budgets effectively, allocating resources across different campaigns and channels to maximize ROI.

· Reporting and Communication:

Providing regular reports on campaign performance, analyzing data, and communicating results to stakeholders.

· Collaboration:

Working with other marketing team members, such as designers and content writers, to create compelling ad campaigns.

· Staying Updated:

Keeping up-to-date with the latest Google Ads features, best practices, and industry trends.
