Job Description

ipshopy.com is hiring Google Ads Specialists to help drive our digital performance and online visibility. As part of our in-house marketing team, you will plan, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns that directly impact our business growth.

We’re seeking individuals who are passionate about data-driven marketing and can effectively leverage Google’s advertising tools to achieve measurable results.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, Video)
• Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and audience targeting
• Monitor ad performance, CTR, CPC, conversion rates, and ROI
• Run A/B testing for ads and landing pages
• Collaborate with design/content teams for ad creatives
• Generate campaign performance reports with actionable insights
• Analyze competitor ads and market trends
• Maintain high-quality score and compliance with Google Ads policies

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in managing Google Ads campaigns
• Strong understanding of Google Ads, Search Engine Marketing (SEM), and PPC best practices
• Proficiency in Google Ads Manager and Google Analytics
• Knowledge of keyword research tools and audience targeting
• Experience with Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, and remarketing
• Ability to create, analyze, and improve ad strategies based on data
• Strong communication and reporting skills
• Google Ads certification is a plus
