As part of our in-house marketing team, you will plan, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns that directly impact our business growth. We’re seeking individuals who are passionate about data-driven marketing and can effectively leverage Google’s advertising tools to achieve measurable results. Roles & Responsibilities Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, Video) Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and audience targeting Monitor ad performance, CTR, CPC, conversion rates, and ROI Run A/B testing for ads and landing pages Collaborate with design/content teams for ad creatives Generate campaign performance reports with actionable insights Analyze competitor ads and market trends Maintain high-quality score and compliance with Google Ads policies Key Skills & Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience in managing Google Ads campaigns Strong understanding of Google Ads, Search Engine Marketing (SEM), and PPC best practices Proficiency in Google Ads Manager and Google Analytics Knowledge of keyword research tools and audience targeting Experience with Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, and remarketing Ability to create, analyze, and improve ad strategies based on data Strong communication and reporting skills Google Ads certification is a plus Why Join ipshopy.com?
