About the Role: We are looking for a data-driven and results-oriented Google Ads Specialist with over 4 years of hands-on experience in managing and optimizing paid search campaigns. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Google Ads, a strong understanding of performance marketing metrics, and a proven track record of delivering ROI-positive campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
● Plan, execute, and optimize end-to-end Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, Video, Discovery).
● Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and A/B testing to improve CTR and conversion rates.
● Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR, Quality Score, etc.).
● Set up and manage conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.
● Manage budgets effectively and ensure campaigns meet performance goals within allocated spend.
● Identify trends, insights, and optimize spend and performance based on data.
● Collaborate with the content, design, and web development teams to create high performing landing pages.
● Stay up-to-date with the latest Google Ads features, policy updates, and best practices. Required Skills & Qualifications:
● 4+ years of hands-on experience in managing Google Ads campaigns.
● Strong expertise in Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), and Google Tag Manager.
● Proficient in keyword research tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Google Keyword Planner.
● Experience with campaign types including Search, Display, Video (YouTube), and Shopping Ads.
● Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and data analysis.
● Google Ads Certification(s) preferred.
● Experience with remarketing, audience segmentation, and funnel-based ad strategies.
● Familiarity with landing page CRO tools (e.g., Hotjar, Optimizely, Unbounce) is a plus.
● Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns/projects simultaneously. Nice to Have:
● Experience with other platforms such as Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, or Bing Ads.
● Knowledge of eCommerce platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento.
● Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for landing page troubleshooting.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
