Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role for a Google Ads Specialist. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end Google Ads campaigns, including keyword research, ad copywriting, optimization, and performance tracking. Tasks will include creating and analyzing campaigns, adjusting strategies based on data insights, and collaborating with the marketing team to achieve company objectives. The role requires staying updated on Google Ads trends and ensuring compliance with platform policies to maximize ROI on advertising spends.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Google Ads management, including keyword research, campaign design, and optimization.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools for tracking campaign performance and generating actionable insights.
• Strong skills in ad copywriting and communication to design compelling and effective advertisements.
• Familiarity with digital marketing strategies, including SEO, pay-per-click (PPC), and analytics platforms.
• Ability to adapt to platform updates, identify trends, and implement innovative strategies.
• Strong project management skills with the capability to collaborate and coordinate in a remote environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus.
