Google Ads Specialist

We are looking for a results-driven Google Ads Specialist (PPC Executive) to plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing Google Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping, and Performance Max campaigns with a strong focus on ROI and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, and Shopping.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and performance forecasting.
• Optimize campaigns to improve CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS, and overall performance.
• Monitor daily budgets, bids, and campaign quality scores.
• Create and test ad copies, landing pages, and A/B experiments.
• Manage and analyze Google Analytics, conversion tracking, and attribution.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
• Stay updated with the latest Google Ads trends, tools, and best practices.
• Collaborate with sales/marketing teams for campaign alignment and lead quality improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads/PPC management.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and campaign tracking.
• Proficiency in keyword planning, bid strategies, and audience targeting.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize performance.
• Experience with lead generation & e-commerce campaigns (preferred).
• Google Ads Certification is a plus.
• Good communication and reporting skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
