Yenmurai Technologies helps B2C clothing brands achieve rapid growt from website development and CRO to performance marketing across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, email, and WhatsApp—on a risk-free, pay-for-results basis. Role Overview: We are seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to own and optimize our paid advertising efforts across Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience managing both Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, with a proven track record of driving strong ROI. The salary range for this role is ₹20,000–₹40,000 per month. As a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist, you will plan, execute, and optimize performance-driven paid campaigns that align with our aggressive revenue targets. You will work closely with design, content, and analytics teams to develop integrated digital strategies that maximize return on ad spend (ROAS). Key Responsibilities: Google Ads Campaign Management: Plan, create, and manage end-to-end campaigns on Google Search, Display, and Performance Max to maximize ROI and scale revenue. Meta Ads Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute Facebook and Instagram advertising strategies to drive engagement, conversions, and revenue growth. Audience & Keyword Research: Conduct thorough keyword research, audience segmentation, and A/B testing to continually improve campaign performance and reduce cost per acquisition. Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor key metrics (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS) using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and native platform dashboards; generate insights and regular performance reports for stakeholders. Creative Collaboration: Partner with design and content teams to produce compelling ad creatives and optimized landing pages that drive conversions. Trend & Tools Adoption: Stay up-to-date with the latest paid-media trends, platform updates, and best practices—including Google Ads AI features and Meta algorithm changes—to ensure campaigns remain cutting-edge. Qualifications: No criteria for education. Even passionate marketers without a degree can apply. Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, with demonstrable success in achieving target KPIs. Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and platform reporting tools to analyze data and drive optimizations. Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder-management skills to coordinate cross-functional efforts.
