This role is pivotal in scaling our D2C brand presence, driving traffic, and boosting conversions through paid campaigns, SEO, email marketing, and content initiatives. Youll work closely with the design, product, and content teams to ensure a cohesive brand presence while driving measurable results. Paid Marketing Campaigns Plan, execute, and optimize performance campaigns across Meta, Google, and other platforms Monitor ad spend, ROAS, and KPIs to ensure cost-effective results A/B test creatives, copy, and targeting strategies to improve performance 2. Website & Conversion Optimization Collaborate with the web team to improve landing pages, optimize UX, and reduce bounce rates Drive CRO initiatives using tools like Google Analytics. 3. SEO & Content Strategy Oversee SEO optimization for product pages, blogs, and site structure Work with content and SEO teams to boost organic traffic and keyword rankings 4. Email & Retention Marketing Manage automated and campaign-based email flows Implement strategies for customer segmentation, cart recovery, and loyalty campaigns 5. Analytics & Reporting Prepare weekly/monthly marketing performance reports Analyze consumer behavior and campaign data to inform strategy and content decisions Requirements & Must-Haves 2 to 4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a D2C or e-commerce brand Proven experience managing paid campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Solid understanding of SEO principles and email marketing best practices Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally Up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, tools, and best practices Why Join SoHome?
