You will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and executing a wide range of creative assets across digital, web, and print formatsaligned with our modern and design-focused home brand. Youll collaborate closely with the marketing, product, and web teams to create visuals that elevate customer experience, boost engagement, and tell the SoHome story consistently and beautifully. Key Responsibilities 1. Digital & Web Design Design visual assets for social media, newsletters, and digital ads (Meta, Google, etc.) Create banners, graphics, and product highlights for the SoHome website and marketplace listings Work on UI visuals in collaboration with the web team to ensure a consistent brand identity 2. Branding & Campaigns Develop creatives for seasonal campaigns, product launches, and brand stories Maintain and evolve brand aesthetics through typography, color palettes, and design consistency Support in developing offline brand materials like packaging, brochures, and event collaterals 3. Product & Content Support Assist with product photoshoots and editing Design product labels, inserts, and user guides Collaborate with the content team to visually translate key messaging and product benefits 4. Innovation & Trends Stay updated with the latest design and digital trends to keep visuals fresh and appealing Suggest and execute new creative formats, ideas, and design improvements Requirements & Must-Haves 12 years of graphic design experience (preferably in a D2C/e-commerce environment) Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva Strong understanding of layout, color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy Ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously Eye for detail and commitment to brand consistency Bonus: Experience in product styling or basic motion design/video editing Why Join SoHome? Youll be responsible for everything from product listings and inventory updates to order fulfilment and customer support. This role sits at the heart of our business, ensuring our customers receive a smooth and delightful shopping experience. Youll work closely with cross-functional teamswarehouse, marketing, finance, and third-party logistics partnersto deliver operational excellence in a fast-paced and growing environment. Key Responsibilities 1. Product & Inventory Management Create and manage accurate product listings across Shopify Coordinate with the warehouse to update product details, stock availability, and new launches Ensure high-quality listings with correct descriptions, images, specifications, and pricing Monitor inventory levels and flag low stock or restocking needs 2. Order Processing & Fulfilment Manage end-to-end order lifecycle: confirmation, coordination with warehouse, invoice generation, tracking, and returns Work with logistics platforms (DTDC India) to ensure timely and error-free delivery Troubleshoot issues related to delayed dispatch, RTOs, cancellations, or misdeliveries 3.
