Role Overview We are looking for a data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with deep expertise in Google Ads and Google Analytics . The ideal candidate will manage our online advertising campaigns and track performance across digital platforms to optimize our outreach and engagement strategies. Key Responsibilities Google Ads: ● Plan, execute, and manage paid ad campaigns on Google Search, Display, and YouTube. ● Perform keyword research, audience targeting, competitor analysis, and bid management. ● Optimize campaigns to improve ROI, CTR, and conversion rates. ● Monitor campaign performance. ● Track and report on KPIs including CPC, CPA, ROAS, and others. Google Analytics: ● Set up and manage Google Analytics (GA4) tracking, events, and goals. ● Analyze website and campaign performance metrics. ● Create custom dashboards and detailed reports for internal teams and leadership. ● Interpret data to derive actionable insights for conversion optimization. Skills Required ● Google Ads Certification (Search, Display, Video, Shopping). ● Google Analytics 4 (GA4) expertise. ● Experience with tracking and remarketing campaigns. ● Working knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript (for tracking/debugging purposes). ● Experience with other paid platforms (Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.). ● Knowledge of SEO basics and marketing funnels. Key Qualification requirements: ● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field. ● 2–4 years of experience in Google Ads and Google Analytics. ● Certification in Google Ads and Google Analytics (preferred). ● Strong understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition. ● Proficiency with tools like Google Tag Manager, Data Studio, SEMrush, or similar. ● Excellent analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills. ● Familiarity with SEO and CRM platforms (Esp, Hubspot) is a plus.
