Key Qualifications Bachelor’s must, Master’s degree preferred in computer science / Information Technology / Artificial intelligence / Software Engineering or related fields. Relevant Certifications : (Preferred) o Web Technologies : § Full Stack Web Development (e.g., from Coursera, edX, or Google) § JavaScript Frameworks (React, Angular, Vue) o AI & ML : § Machine Learning (Andrew Ng – Coursera) § Deep Learning Specialization § AI Engineering (Microsoft, IBM, or Google certifications) o Cloud Platforms : § AWS Certified Machine Learning – Specialty § Azure AI Engineer Associate o DevOps & CI/CD : § Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc. Experience  5–7 years in web development  2–3 years leading teams or projects  Hands-on integration of AI/ML models into web applications Key Responsibilities Build and Lead a Team: Recruit and lead a world-class in-house web and digital team, including front-end, back-end, UX/UI, DevOps, and AI specialists. Platform Development: Design and develop modern, high-performing websites and internal systems across multiple brands. AI Integration: Leverage AI to create smarter, faster, more personalized user experiences — both in public-facing sites and internal tools. Transition from Outsourcing: Take over all development from third-party agencies and establish internal delivery workflows. Infrastructure & Security: Oversee server architecture, hosting environments, integrations, and third-party digital tools. Product Strategy: Work directly with the founders and board to translate business goals into intelligent, scalable digital solutions. Skills Required Proven experience leading development teams or building digital platforms from scratch (in-house or agency side). Elite proficiency in front-end and back-end development, with a deep understanding of modern web frameworks (e.g., React, Next.js, Node.js, Python, etc.). Experience integrating AI tools, APIs, or machine learning models into websites or digital tools. Familiarity with infrastructure management — cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), dedicated servers, and APIs. Product-minded: Able to translate founder vision into scalable platforms. Passion for cutting-edge UX, platform performance, security, and clean architecture. Comfortable in fast-paced, unstructured startup environments — with the drive to set structure and standards.
