Job Title: Go-to-Market (GTM) Leader

Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office)

Role Overview:

The GTM Leader is accountable for developing, executing, and optimizing Blue Cloud’s go-to-market strategies for new and existing products or services. This position requires strategic vision, operational excellence, and strong cross-functional leadership to deliver revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and sustained market success.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Execution

  • Develop and implement comprehensive GTM strategies aligned with Blue Cloud Product, Services & Project business objectives and market opportunities.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions and optimize market positioning.
  • Define target customer segments, value propositions, and clear success metrics for all GTM initiatives.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Coordinate and align efforts across Product, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Operations, and Finance to ensure seamless execution of GTM plans.
  • Lead, motivate, and onboard cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.
  • Act as the central point of contact for all GTM activities, ensuring clear communication and stakeholder alignment.

Project Management & Operational Excellence

  • Oversee project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for product launches and campaigns.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, resolve blockers, and ensure timely delivery of all launch milestones.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs, analyze performance, and drive continuous improvement in GTM processes.

Sales Enablement & Customer Success

  • Equip Sales and Customer Success teams with the tools, resources, and training needed to communicate product value effectively.
  • Develop enablement materials such as product briefs, pitch decks, and objection handling guides.
  • Create feedback loops with customer-facing teams to refine messaging and strategy based on real-world insights.

Market Intelligence & Customer Insights

  • Conduct market research, segmentation, and benchmarking to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Generate deep customer insights through validation, persona creation, and discovery techniques.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven track record and experience in GTM strategy, IT product marketing, or related leadership roles.
  • Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex product launches.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership abilities.
  • Results-oriented, with a focus on measurable outcomes and continuous improvement.
