Role Overview: You will be working as a CS&G Consultant at Accenture with a focus on Strategy and Growth. Your main responsibilities will include supporting clients in their inorganic growth agenda, partnering with CEOs to design future-proof operating models, accelerating sustainable growth for clients, and helping clients achieve their sustainability goals through digital transformation. Key Responsibilities: - Support clients in their inorganic growth agenda through activities such as target screening, synergy assessment, due diligence, post-merger integration, and portfolio interventions. - Partner with CEOs to design operating models that embrace future work trends, workforce changes, and workplace transformations driven by technology, ecosystems, and analytics. - Accelerate measurable and sustained growth for clients using data-driven capabilities from strategy development to execution. - Assist clients in reaching their sustainability goals by collaborating with ecosystem partners and leveraging digital transformation. Qualifications Required: - Post MBA with a minimum of 3.5 years of experience in Corporate Strategy, Growth strategy, Business Case, Market entry, Market expansion, Pricing and Profit Optimization, Growth and Innovation, Strategic Planning, Customer Strategy, Value Realization, Sales Acceleration, Channel Transformation, Digital, or AI-led business transformation. - Strategic Mindset to develop innovative and fact-based strategies and operating models. - Issue-Based Problem Solving skills to decode and solve complex and unstructured business questions. - Analytical and outcome-driven approach to perform data analyses and generate insights. - Business Acumen to drive actionable outcomes for clients by staying updated on industry trends, innovations, disruptions, metrics, and value drivers. - Financial Acumen and Value Creation skills to develop relevant financial models supporting business cases. - Communication and Presentation Skills to effectively influence key stakeholders. - Client handling skills to develop, manage, and deepen relationships with key stakeholders.
