Job Description Job : Oracle ERP Functional Consultant Job Code : GML13 Total Years of Experience : 6-10Years Job Summary We are looking for a seasoned Oracle ERP Functional Consultant with 6–10 years of hands-on experience, particularly in Oracle E-Business Suite upgrades from R12.1 to R12.2. The candidate must have a strong functional background in Supply Chain Management (SCM ) and Finance modules, with expertise in Order Management (OM), Manufacturing, and Pricing.Prior experience with CRP (Conference Room Pilot) sessions and test augmentation is essential. Responsibilities Lead and support Oracle E-Business Suite upgrades from R12.1 to R12.2, focusing on minimal downtime and effective business continuity. Analyze business requirements and configure Oracle ERP modules, specifically Order Management (OM), Manufacturing, and Pricing to meet organizational needs. Facilitate and conduct Conference Room Pilot (CRP) sessions, ensuring alignment between business processes and system functionality. Contribute to test augmentation efforts by creating and enhancing test cases, supporting end-to-end testing, and validating system performance. Provide functional expertise in SCM and Finance modules, ensuring that configured solutions align with industry best practices. Requirements 6–10 years of hands-on experience as an Oracle ERP Functional Consultant. Proven experience with Oracle E-Business Suite upgrades, especially from R12.1 to R12.2. Strong functional expertise in the following Oracle modules: Order Management (OM),Manufacturing,Pricing In-depth understanding of Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Finance processes within Oracle ERP. Hands-on experience conducting Conference Room Pilot (CRP) sessions, including scenario preparation, execution, and feedback collection. Experience in test augmentation, including expanding test coverage, creating new test cases, and validating end-to-end business processes. Experience conducting workshops and training sessions on Talent Management & Learning solutions. Understanding of HR processes and best practices in Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Succession Planning, and Learning & Development. Strong knowledge of HCM data models, business processes, and security. Experience in Oracle HCM reporting and analytics (OTBI, BI Publisher).
