Scope:

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Will be responsible for building strong HR processes and systems for the entire Organization.
• Understand Manpower requirements, prepare an annual manpower budget, make recruitment plans, and close open positions in the stipulated time period.
• Handle the IR of all project sites in India
• Establish an effective PMS system and methodology for payment of Performance Linked Incentive.
• Identify KEY critical positions, identify successors for KEY critical positions, and make and work out an Individual Development program.
• Identify the learning & development needs of the employees and institute suitable programs both from internal & external sources
• For Talent Management and retention, formulate strategy and implement at all locations.
• Implement Technology for automation of HR processes and explore outsourcing model to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Develop and monitor KPIs for all senior positions
• Initiate employee engagement initiatives to improve employee engagement across the Organization.

Candidate Profile:

• Must have led HR & IR function of a

  Pan-India large real estate infra company

• Hands-on experience of implementing HR systems and processes.
• Proven track record of recruiting employees at Middle and senior levels in time-bound manner
• Must be proficient on labor laws & acts and handle contractor work force across the country
• Efficient in communication and strong inter-personal skills
• Tech-savvy with knowledge of HR software systems.
• Knowledge of compensation & Benefits and payroll administration
