Role Brief : As COO, this position will be responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of operations across all functions from land acquisition to project execution, sales, marketing, and post-handover services. Pre Sales : Generate Cost competitive proposals while working very closely with cross-functional teams (Procurement, R&D and Plant) and the Customer/ BD. Conduct Portfolio Review Meetings for pipeline products with R & D & marketing to review projections, competitive landscape and project strategy for prioritization/reprioritization. Estimate the resources needed to meet supply needs and prepare Cost Budget and integrated manufacturing schedules to get the appropriate products for development. Analysing and updating competitive landscape of pipeline product on monthly basis. Providing inputs to R & D and Launch & Marketing teams w.r.t volume projections, Batch-size, trade dress, pack sizes. Doing ROI analysis to forecast volumes, Sales, Gross profit of the products based on timelines. Analysing variance in various parameters between product approval stage to the current status of the product. End-to-End Account Management: Responsible for lead generation, customer acquisition, and retaining them. Demonstrate strong ownership of business development initiatives, from concept to execution.
