Role Overview

Senior Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

Lead sales strategy and execution for aqua feed products across targeted regions.
Identify, engage, and onboard feed manufacturers, corporate farms, and distributors.
Achieve and exceed revenue growth targets through B2B sales.
Conduct in-depth market analysis to explore new regions and customer segments for expansion.
Collaborate with Business Development, R&D, Production, and Regulatory teams to ensure sales efforts align with product strategy.
Monitor competitor offerings, pricing strategies, and market trends in both alternative and conventional feed markets.
Generate weekly/monthly sales reports covering pipeline status, deal closures, revenue progress, and customer feedback.
Mentor and manage the sales team to build a high-performance culture.
Represent Elmentoz at trade shows, industry forums, and customer meetings.

Candidate Profile

Masters in Agri-Business, Animal Nutrition, Fisheries, Aquaculture Nutrition, Veterinary Science, or MBA in Sales/Marketing.
710 years of proven experience in aquaculture feed sales.
Strong knowledge of feed markets, B2B sales cycles, and customer relationship management.
Excellent leadership, networking, and negotiation skills.
Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.
