Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage 

  production, planning, procurement, quality, stores, and dispatch operations

• Drive 

  on-time delivery

  , 

  cost control

  , and 

  resource optimization

   across all projects
• Coordinate closely with design, purchase, and project teams to align execution with customer requirements
• Implement and monitor 

  lean manufacturing principles

   and continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with 

  safety

  , 

  quality

  , and 

  regulatory standards

   (ISO/ASME/etc.)
• Develop and manage operational KPIs; report progress to senior leadership
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams to foster performance, accountability, and professional growth
• Manage vendor development and subcontracting activities for timely procurement and job completion
• Ensure operational agility to adapt to changing market/customer demands

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (preferred); DME with strong leadership experience may be considered
• Minimum 

  15+ years

   in a fabrication/manufacturing setup, with at least 

  5 years in a senior managerial or GM role

• Proven experience in 

  production management, operations planning

  , and 

  people leadership

• Strong understanding of 

  fabrication workflows

  , 

  project-based manufacturing

  , and 

  shop floor management

• Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
