Job Description

Operations management: Overseeing daily activities to ensure smooth and efficient business processes.
Strategic planning: Developing and implementing operational and business strategies to meet company goals.
Financial management: Creating and managing budgets, monitoring financial performance, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
Team leadership: Managing and mentoring staff, hiring and training new employees, and ensuring productivity and professional development.
Process optimization: Identifying areas for improvement in processes and implementing new policies and procedures.
Performance analysis: Monitoring and analyzing performance metrics and providing regular reports to senior management.
Compliance: Ensuring the company adheres to industry regulations and legal requirements.
Problem-solving: Addressing issues, such as customer complaints or declining profits, and providing solutions.
At least 15 to 20 years of experience in Dry powder injection
