GM - Business Development Property Acquisition ( From QSR )

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Vision: Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy aligned with the company's overall goals.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a high-performing team of business development professionals.
• Property Acquisition: Identify and evaluate potential commercial real estate properties for new locations.
• Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to understand local real estate trends and identify high-potential areas.
• Negotiations: Negotiate favorable lease terms and agreements with property owners and landlords.
• Site Evaluation: Conduct site visits to assess the suitability of properties, considering factors such as foot traffic, visibility, and accessibility.
• Due Diligence: Perform comprehensive due diligence on properties, including legal reviews, inspections, and regulatory compliance checks.
• Transaction Management: Oversee the entire transaction process from property identification to lease signing and handover.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, finance, and legal, to ensure seamless property acquisitions.
• Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with property owners, real estate agents, and other key stakeholders in the commercial real estate market.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record in real estate acquisition and business development, preferably in the F&B industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and organized.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Passion for the F&B industry and a keen eye for real estate.
