Job Description

Role Overview

This role carries full ownership of revenue growth, market leadership, and commercial strategy for engineered industrial and process equipment businesses. The position demands a high-impact leader with a proven track record of scaling B2B businesses, winning large capital equipment orders, and building strong, performance-driven sales organizations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own complete P&L responsibility with aggressive revenue and profitability targets
  • Define and execute short-term and long-term business growth strategies
  • Drive market dominance in process equipment and turnkey solutions
  • Lead acquisition of large, high-value capital equipment and EPC orders
  • Build, lead, and aggressively scale sales and business development teams
  • Personally engage with strategic customers, CXOs, consultants, and key decision-makers
  • Lead complex commercial negotiations and close marquee deals
  • Establish pricing, channel, and market expansion strategies (domestic & export)
  • Identify inorganic growth opportunities, partnerships, and alliances
  • Drive sales forecasting, budgeting, and rigorous performance reviews
  • Set a strong culture of accountability, speed, and execution excellence

Qualification & Experience

  • B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
  • 12-15+ years of progressive leadership in B2B industrial sales
  • Strong exposure to product and solution selling of process equipment similar to Axtel Industries
  • Demonstrated success in selling high-value capital equipment with long sales cycles
  • Experience handling large teams and multi-region businesses
