Established more than 150 years ago in Germany, TV SD is a leading global provider of technical services with more than 28,000 highly skilled employees across 1,000 offices worldwide TV SD offers a wide range of testing & product certification, inspection, auditing & system certification, training and knowledge services We are a premium quality, safety, and sustainability solutions provider Job Title Manager Sales & Business Development Role / Qualification of the Applicant Bachelors degree in Sustainability, Environmental Studies, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field Masters degree preferred in Environmental Management, Sustainability, Climate Change, or MBA with Sustainability focus 58 years of experience in Sales & Business Development, preferably in ESG / ESS / Sustainability advisory services Strong technical understanding of Environment, Social, and Sustainability (ESS) and ESG-related services Proven experience in business development across sectors such as Infrastructure Manufacturing Energy Financial Institutions Government, bilateral, and multilateral-funded projects Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills Experience in tendering, tender preparation, and proposal development Core Activity within Our Company Sales & Business Development Identify, target, and acquire new clients for Environment, Social, and Sustainability (ESS) services, including EIA / ESIA / EMP studies ESG assessments, due diligence, and gap analysis Climate risk assessments and TCFD-aligned reporting Sustainability reporting and assurance (GRI, BRSR, CDP, etc ) SDG mapping and sustainability strategy development Decarbonization and Net-Zero advisory Generate leads through networking, industry events, digital campaigns, and cold calling Convert qualified leads into long-term strategic client relationships Prepare business proposals, technical bids, presentations, and tender submissions Client Relationship & Account Management Build and maintain relationships with key clients, government agencies, and funding institutions Act as a coordination bridge between technical teams and clients to ensure quality and timely delivery Negotiate commercial terms in alignment with organizational objectives, with necessary approvals Market Intelligence & Strategy Track market trends, competitor activities, and evolving regulatory frameworks in ESS and ESG domains Support development of new service offerings aligned with climate change and sustainability mandates Contribute to annual sales planning, budgeting, and revenue forecasting for the ESS vertical Area of Deployment Environment, Social, and Sustainability (ESS) Advisory Services ESG & Climate Change Consulting Infrastructure, Manufacturing, Energy, and Financial Sectors Government, Bilateral, and Multilateral-Funded Projects We test, we audit, we inspect, we advise We never stop challenging ourselves for the safety of society and its people We breathe technology, we strive for professional excellence, and we leave a mark We take the future into our hands We are TV SD Work Area Industrial Plants, Energy & Environmental Technology Country/Region India Job Location Gurugram Working Model Onsite Employment Type Full time / regular Company Org Unit Code Requisition ID 3060
