Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across various levels, including:

• Collaborate on manpower planning and resource forecasting
  
• Plan and execute bulk hiring initiatives as per business needs
  
• Conduct screening and shortlisting of candidates
• Prepare and submit CVs to hiring managers and external consultants
  
• Maintain regular follow-up with hiring managers and recruitment consultants
  
• Coordinate and oversee document verification for selected candidates
  
• Prepare and maintain detailed recruitment MIS reports
  
• Deliver recruitment updates and insights through presentations to HR leadership
  
• Handle offer preparation, CTC structuring, and salary negotiation
• Prepare offer letter & do joining formalities
  
• Support and manage recruitment budgeting
  
• Manage and nurture relationships with all stakeholders involved in the recruitment process
  

Educational Qualifications

• Master's in Human Resource Management (MHRM)
