Global Talent Acquisition Specialist

D2 International Pvt. Ltd., a renowned export house with over 30 years of expertise in crafting premium leather handbags, accessories, and belts, is seeking a Global Talent Acquisition Associate. This role is pivotal in supporting the company’s international growth by attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent across diverse geographies. The ideal candidate will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, collaborate with internal stakeholders, and ensure a seamless candidate experience in alignment with D2 International’s values and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full-Cycle Recruitment:

  Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding for global positions.

• Candidate Sourcing:

  Identify and attract candidates using job boards, social media, professional networks, campus hiring and recruitment agencies.

• Stakeholder Collaboration:

  Partner with hiring managers and HR to understand job requirements and align recruitment strategies with business needs.

• Interview Coordination:

  Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring a smooth process for candidates and hiring teams.

• Candidate Experience:

  Maintain consistent communication with candidates, providing timely updates and feedback.

• Recruitment Data Management:

  Maintain accurate and analyze recruitment metrics.

• Compliance:

  Ensure all recruitment activities comply with global employment laws and company policies.

• Onboarding Support:

  Assist with onboarding to ensure smooth integration of new hires.

• Employer Branding:

  Represent D2 International professionally and promote its values to attract high-quality candidates globally.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Education:

  Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

• Recruitment Expertise:

  Proven experience in talent acquisition, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.

• Communication:

  Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to engage with candidates from diverse cultural backgrounds.

• Collaboration:

  Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

• Organizational Skills:

  Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

• Analytical Skills:

  Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and drive process improvements.
